• BA18-Certificate of Building Compliance for retrospective building approval applications. We can assess, compile and certify the required documentation ready for council/shire. Our extended team can also provide drafting, structural engineering, energy efficiency and BAL assessments.

• Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) Reports 

• BA13 Application for Building Approval Certificate (change of use, unauthorised structures or change of classification). If required, we can manage the process for you or simply provide BA18 certification.
